Segovia Cathedral is the Gothic-style Roman Catholic cathedral located in the main square (Plaza Mayor) of the city of Segovia, The church is dedicated to the Virgin Mary and was built in a late Gothic style in the mid-16th century. The original cathedral located next to the palace was destroyed and the newer cathedral was built at some distance from the palace. See
