This is a 1930s McCormick-Deering Farmall (F-20) tractor. The name McCormick-Deering was a precursor to the company being called International Harvester. It was built between 1932 and 1939 as a row-crop tractor. It was built in Rock Island, Illinois factory and there were 154,398 such models built. For complete information see.
