When I am walking around on a beach, it seems like I mostly look at the sand and search for shells and other things. I don't seem to have any handy oceans around here in the desert, but every once and while, we visit one coast or the other and spend time on the beach. Over the years sand and salt water have lost their allure to some extent. But the beach is still a fascinating place for color and forms.
