The Edge of the Cliffs

Differential weathering creates an infinite variety of forms along the Grand Canyon Rim. Although this Canyon wall is likely only a mile or two away, it may as well be on the other side of the moon. It would take either an aircraft or a lot of time to get from where I am standing over to the other side of this immensely deep Canyon.
